Site History A brief history of thefade.org. Aug. 13-14, 2000 - site conception and inception on Tripod. The original site only had guitar tabs, lyrics, a short discography, and links. Most tabs and all lyrics were written between Aug. and Sept., 2000. The name, thefade.org, was purchased around the this time. Aug. 15, 2000 - my first QOTSA show, and the setlist that started the Tour History Nov., 2000 - sometime during, before, or after this month, the site was redesigned to include the Tour History. Dec. - Jan. 2000 - sometime around here, the big, big redesign started. It lasted for months. March 17, 2000 - the completely redesigned site with the FAQ, Songlist, Fan Reviews, Picture Gallery, Articles, Interview and Chat Transcripts, Equipment, and Band Chronology sections added.
